Booking a Test
In order to use BluCap you must first register, or have your company administrator add you as an authorised user. Once registered you will need to charge your BluCap account with sufficient test tokens to cover the tests you want to perform.
Charging your account with tokens is easily done through the customer portal, and you can use our quick quote calculator to determine how many tokens you need to purchase.
You are now ready to start using BluCap to test your application. We will contact you to go through our Sure Start Methodology which captures all necessary information for us to build your tests and perform the first runs.
Free Trials
If you have requested a free trial, you will be asked for some basic user registration information and sufficient details about your application to enable us to construct the user journey.
The free trial will simulate 5 users concurrently making 5 screen changes and the test will last for 5 minutes elapsed time.
Upon completion of the test, you will be emailed with a userid and password to give you access to our customer portal to view your results. This is a temporary userid and will expire if you do not transition to full registration.
